Chocolate Coconut Milk Icecream

Chocolate Coconut Milk Icecream (serves 3)
Net carbs: 5 g (without toppings)

160 mL Unsweetened Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
Sweetener, to taste

Whisk ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to freezer-safe dish for a few hours, stirring every now and then. Top with berries and cocoa powder. Don’t freeze this for more than 2 or 3 hours, it gets rock hard!
