Teriyaki Pork Stirfry

Teriyaki Pork Stirfry (Serves one)
Net Carbs (without mushrooms): 5g
Calories: Depends on how much meat you use!

1 tsp oil
Thinly sliced pork, or any meat you’d like
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar (I used white wine vinegar)
Artificial sweetener to taste
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1 cup of greens, I used spinach but lettuce is good too
Optional: 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (add another 1.5 g carbs)

1. Heat oil in a fry pan.
2. Add garlic and ginger and fry lightly for a few minutes.
3. Add pork, fry until cooked through.
4. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and sweetener, and cook for a few more minutes.
5. Once fully cooked, place on top of bed of greens, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. I also added a squeeze of lime juice.
