Gluten Free Mochi Brownies (not keto)
I used this recipe, but I halved it: it still made 16 brownies (you’d need a huge pan to make the full recipe, I wouldn’t recommend it!) Also, glutinous rice flour, available at most Asian supermarkets, is equivalent to Mochiko flour (it does not contain gluten).
The brownies definitely have a unique texture, but are really pretty tasty!!!
